Guest and audience enthralled by journalist’s stage play Drama of “Aasta Suryara Sapna” 

Berhampur, 29/9 (Abhijit Kar): “Aasta Suryara Sapna” written and Directed by Rabi Narayan Behera, a drama play the working journalists of Berhampur, written and Directed by the District Information and Public Relations Department Officer, has mesmerized the audience. The second day of the “National Tourism Festival” was held at the local Biju Patnaik Culture Bhawan in collaboration with the Department of Tourism and Travel Studies of Brahmapur University, Department of Language, Literature, Culture and Tourism, Government of Odisha and Department of Tourism, Government of India.

The second day of the national level festival organized by Tourism India was inaugurated by Brahmapur MP Chandra Shekhar Sahu, while Narayan Mahankud, general secretary of Tourism India, presided over the festival committee. Chief Development Officer of Ganjam District Council V.Kirti Vasan, SP Berhampur Dr. Shravana Vivek M, BeMC Commissioner J. Sonal, Vice-Chancellor of Berhampur University Professor Gitanjali Das, BeMC Mayor Sammitra Dalei, Principal of Hitech Medical College Tirupati Panigarahi, Ritu Tiwari, Er. Uma Shankar Panigarahi, Host of the Festival, Vice President Anil Kumar Patra, Treasurer Kailas Panigarahi, Gopal Patnaik, Sanjit Panigarahi, Saroj Panda, Aarti Patra were present on the main stage.

The cultural coordinator of the festival, Raj Gopal Padhi delivered the welcome speech and gave the thanks while the cultural program was jointly coordinated by Dr. Mihir Tripathi and Dimple Sai Reddy. Local artists along with folk artists performed a cultural program. Journalist Sudip Sahu sing the welcome song. On the morning of the second day of the festival, a national level seminar on “Tourism and Green Investment” was held under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Gitanjali Das on behalf of Brahmapur University, in which many prominent experts of the country participated.

The program was coordinated by Ritu Tiwari, Department of Tourism, Brahmapur University. The evening was attended by dignitaries and dignitaries from various departments. At the end, the festival treasurer Kailas Manigrahi gave vote of thanks.
