Roland Pharmacy College’s Annual Day Elixir 2024 Celebrated

Berhampur, 19/4 (Abhijit Kar): Roland institute of Pharmaceutical sciences, Berhampur celebrated its annual day function ‘Elixir 2024’ in a grand celebration, organized in the newly built auditorium. Joint Director of DMET, Odisha, Dr. Rajendra Kumar Panda, and senior Specialist of Diabetes and Endocrine system, Dr. Sunil Kumar Kota graced the occasion as chief guest and Guest of Honor of the Inaugural function. The newly built auditorium in memory of our founder director Dr. J Surya Rao was inaugurated on this occasion by the guests. Mrs. J. Jayalakshmi, chairperson, Dr. J Sruti, Director, Dr. B. V. V. Ravi Kumar, Principal, Dr. Ch. Niranjan Patro, Vice-principal were present on the dais.

The program was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp ceremony and national anthem. Asst Professor Aishwarya Pattnaik hosted the event and Asso Professor Rajaram Das introduced the guests. Mrs. J. Jayalakshmi read out the welcome speech and Principal Dr. B. V. V. Ravi kumar presented the annual report of the institution. The invited guests stressed upon the importance of learning and becoming a good human being.

Students who excelled in university level examinations were awarded gold medals and student toppers of all semesters were awarded with medals and certificates on this occasion. Winners of sports, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities were awarded by the guests. Asso Professor Rajaram Das presented the vote of thanks. In the evening there was colorful cultural programme by the students and the staff of the institution. All teaching and non-teaching staff members of the institute helped in smooth organization of the annual day function.
