The grand opening was BeDA’s best ever “Rock Garden”

 • State’s first “rock garden” on behalf of the Chief Minister gift to the Brahmapur public – MLA Bikram.

Berhampur, 14/10 (Abhijit Kar): The “Rock Garden” constructed by the Berhampur Development Authority was inaugurated on Saturday evening at Ambpua locality. Among them are Brahmapur RDC T AO, Southern IG Satyabrat Bhoi, District Magistrate Dibyajyot Parida, Brahmapur MP Chandra Shekhar Sahu, MLA and District Planning Board Committee Chairman Bikram Kumar Panda, BeMC Mayor Sanghamitra Dalei, State Planning Board Member Dr. Ramesh Chandra Chowpatnayak, SDM Ashutosh Kulkarni, BeMC Commissioner J. Sonal and State Cashew Development Corporation Chairman Subash Chandra Maharana were the chief attendees.

The Rock Garden has 5 water fountains, LED Garden, Mirror Maza, Cosmos, State Culture and Leisure free time Theatre. While it has been informed that different cultural programs of the world and the country can be held in free time Theatre, initially its entry fee will be kept at Rs. 20. In addition, there will be a fee of 50 rupees for Mirror Maza, and Cosmos. The food court located here is run by SHG women. Foods such as these will also be available here, which will make the general public very attractive. This rock garden has been built on 10 acres of land at a cost of 14.85 crore rupees. While the program was conducted under the management of BeDA Secretary Sambit Raut, from Sunday, the “Rock Garden” has been made available to the people of Ganjam district including Berhampur city, who will be happy to visit it, he said.

In this context, Hon’ble Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has given a Gifts to the people of Berhampur city, said Honorable MLA Sri Panda. It has been inaugurated in view of the holy Dashar festival, which the Chief Minister said was a kind of Dasahara gifts to the public. Similarly, Hon’ble MP Chandra Shekhar Sahu said, “The Chief Minister who promised that the development of Ganjam district is my responsibility has proved it again today through a Gifts.” Similarly, Honorable Mayor Mrs. Dalei said, “Not only this, there are many more gifts and gifts for the people of Berhampur, among which a “Ganjam Hata” will be inaugurated in the city very soon, which is beyond the dreams of the people of the city. Many officers and employees including Raghunath Rao, Senior Accountant, BeDA, among others, were present at the event and assisted in the management.
