Science Fair at Gurukul International Public School

Berhampur, 25/11 (Abhijit Kar): A science and social fair has been organized at Gurukul International Public School, Goodside Road. Mr. Prashant Mohapatra, President of the school presided. Mr. Prafulla Kumar Mohanty, Vice Chancellor of Khallikot University was the chief guest and Mr. Pannag Bhushan Majhi, District Science Supervisor and Principal of Berhampur City High School was the guest of honor.  School Secretary Mrs. Anita Kumari conducted the program. The Chief Guest is from Science and Technology The students explained to the students about the requirements. About 2000 projects of various categories were displayed in the fair. 300 contestants participated in it. Science teachers Madhuchanda Mishra, Laxmirani Chowdhury, Harsh Prasad Das, Saumya Siddharth Barik, Twinkle Patra, Swapna Panigarahi and Chairperson Madhushmita Parida conducted the parade. Ashutosh Patra and team from the robotics group won the first place.  Shivashan Bahalia of Science Group I (Nursery Class), Samriddhi Pal (LKG Class), Adarsh Nayak (UKG Class), Kritika Pradhan (Class I), Amisha Behera (Class II), Krishna Sethi of Group II (Class III)  Class), Aniket Sahu (Class IV), Aradhya Mallik (Class V), Anish Padhi (Class IX), Krishna Chandra Mahapatra (Class IX) of Group 5, Adyasha Samanthara of Group II won the first position in Social Science. All the teachers and students of the school, N.C.C. The cadets and other staff contributed to the smooth running of the programme.
