Mumbai news: Massive fire breaks out inside ATM in Mukund Hospital building, video surfaces

A sudden fire broke out at an ATM located in the Mukund Hospital building, situated in front of the bus stop near Andheri East Marol pipeline in Maharashtra capital Mumbai.

The fire started around 1 pm in the afternoon. The fire in the ATM engulfed the nearby medical store and two houses as well. Four fire tenders arrived at the scene and managed to control the fire within an hour. Fortunately, there were no casualties in this fire, but two houses, an ATM machine, and a medical store were completely destroyed. The cause of the fire is not clear yet.

Fire in Heera Panna mall

In a similar incident, a major fire erupted at Heera Panna mall in the Jogeshwari area of Mumbai, Maharashtra, on September 14. The building was promptly evacuated, and emergency services including police, ambulances, and fire brigade officials swiftly responded to the incident.

Fortunately, there were no reports of injuries. The place where the fire took place falls the jurisdiction of Oshiwara police station. Thick plume of smoke engulfed the entire area after the massive fire. All people were safely evacuated from the mall premises. The incident caused a huge large gathering of people on the road nearby. Firefighters and police vehicles arrived at the spot and worked hard to bring the situation under control.
