AOLA’s National Level Annual Conference held in Phulbani and Kandhamal on 29/30

• More than 3,000 lawyers will attend, including many dignitaries.

Berhampur, 1/12 (Abhijit Kar): The 52nd Annual National Level Conference of the All-Odisha Lawyers’ Association (AOLA) is going to be held at Coronation Ground, Kandhamal District, which shall be hosted by Phulbani District Bar Association. The Hon’ble President, the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha, the Hon’ble Law Minister of Odisha, Finance Minister, Former Chief Justice of India Justice Sj. Deepak Mishra, Justice Sj. V. Gopal Gowda, the Hon’ble Attorney General of India, MPs of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha among other eminent persons are expected to attend this two-day grand conference. 

More than 3,000 lawyers from 152 affiliated bar associations across the state are scheduled to be a part of the conference as delegates. In the said conference, the issues faced by the lawyers’ community, including but not limited to health insurance, establishment of Advocates Academy and the better implementation of the legal education system are scheduled to be discussed. Today, the Chairman of AOLA Sj. Gyanaranjan Mohanty and the General Secretary Sj. Sanjit Kumar Panigrahi issued a formal invitation to Hon’ble Chief Minister Sj. Naveen Patnaik and Hon’ble Chairman, Mo Odisha Navin Odisha Sj. V. Karthikeyan Pandian to attend the conference and held a detailed discussion with Sj. Pandian so as to make the legal conference a success.

On behalf of the Association, the Chairman Sj. Mohanty and the General Secretary Sj. Panigrahi appealed to all the lawyers to attend the conference and contribute to its success. Sj. Mohanty and all the members of the AOLA expressed their gratitude and appreciation towards all the hard work being put in by the members of the Phulbani Bar Association towards hosting the conference.
