27th Foundation Day Celebrated of BJD in Berhampur Constituency

Berhampur, 26/12 (Abhijit Kar): On the instructions of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha and President of Biju Janata Dal Mr. Naveen Patnaik, the party’s 27th foundation day was celebrated on Tuesday in a grand ceremony on behalf of Berhampur Constituency Biju Janata Dal. In this program organized under the leadership of Brahmapur MLA and District Planning Committee Chairman Bikram Kumar Panda, Party Supervisor, District President and State Planning Board Committee Member Ramesh Chandra Chow Patnaik, MP Chandra Shekhar Sahu, State BJD Secretary and State Cashew Development Corporation Chairman Subas Chandra Maharana, District President and Mayor Sanghamitra Dalai, District Vice President Bhimsen Dalai, Dy. Mayor Vivek Reddy, and all of the party, all workers of Mahanagar Biju Janata Dal, senior leaders, women, youth, students, minorities, workers, farmers, law cells, disabled, All the workers of Dalit and tribal organizations and all active workers of Berhampur Mahanagar Biju Janata Dal participated.

However, according to the schedule, at 8 am garlanding of Biju Patnaik’s statue at Desibehera Street, Aska Road Taluka Square Gandhi, Gopbandhu Statue and Biju Babu’s statue, Biju Patnaik Park’s garlanding of Biju Babu’s statue, tree planting program at Ainabandh Street, Fruit Distribution Program at City Hospital, Blood Donation Camp Program was held in association with Odisha Mo Parivaar Jeevan Bindu at Dharam Nagar Shubham Celebration. Later in the afternoon, a public meeting with cultural program was held at Utkal Cinema Square. Starting from the Mayor and MP to all rank and file leaders and senior leaders, Naveen informed about all the government’s plans and people-oriented activities.

Similarly, Honorable MLA Mr. Panda in his speech informed the general public about all the improvements in Ganjam district including Brahampur city and all the improvement works and beautification that have been transformed by the efforts of the Honorable Chief Minister. After the meeting, a mass reception was organized at Ma’ Budhi Thakurani Temple Kalyan Mandap. While the program was conducted by the Mahanagar Youth President Ajit Panda, many members of the District and Mahanagar Biju Janata Dal along with the members of all the Biju families and members of the region participated in the program and made the meeting a success. A total of 171 units of blood were collected in this blood donation camp.
