16th State Level Drama festival will be held on 20th for six days

Berhampur, 18/1 (Abhijit Kar): A press conference has been organized on Thursday afternoon by the Odisha Drama Festival Committee at the local Utkal Ashram conference Hall. Organizer Odisha Drama Festival Committee President Anil Kumar Patra, Secretary Rajgopal Padhi, Adviser Raj Kishore Padhi, Bhavani Shankar Mishra, General Secretary Narayan Mahankud, Vice President Sanyasi Maharana, Organizational secretary Sankarshan Sabat, Treasurer Binayak Hota and secretary Aarti Patra are prominent in this. He was present and informed that the 16th state level Drama festival will be held for six days from Saturday 20th to 25th of this month at the local Biju Patnaik Sanskrit Bhawan. On the first evening of the festival, the play “Banjha” by Nayagar Series Zone, on the second evening by Bhubaneswar Dynamic Platform, on the play “Suna Sujane”, on the third evening by Sambalpur Swara, on the play “Mahayatra”, on the fourth evening by Devagarh Jagran Art International, on the play “Luhara Ranga”, on the fifth evening Khurda Indradhanu Theater will stage the play “Mun Nirvaya Kahuchi” and on the last evening the play “Kabya Purush” will be staged by Puri Shrekshetra Naty Chaya. A part from this, the organizing committee has also informed that in addition to drama, public meeting, promotion and cultural programs will be held in this drama festival. It has been informed by the institute that every evening during the drama festival, after the drama, the audience will be rewarded by participating in a quiz program related to the drama. Among others, Saroj Panda, Ramachandra Sasmal, Krishna Chandra Panda, T. Appa Rao, Sunil Swain, Gopal Krishna Panigarahi, Padmini Mishra were prominently present and contributed in this event. Finally, Vice President of the Institute, Kailas Panigarahi gave vote of thanks.
