BJD’s Press Conference Against BJP for Bringing anti-Public Pradeep

Ganjam Biju Janata Dal District President Mr. Ramesh Chandra Chau Patnaik, Berhampur MLA and Gopalpur Constituency Organizational leader Mr. Bikram Kumar Panda, State Secretary and District Coordinator Subas Chandra Maharna were present and said, “It is heard that people have done anti-public activities, less than a year ago. Gopalpur MLA Pradeep Panigrahi, who quit the Biju Janata Dal and is currently on bail, is going to join the BJP soon. Which is surprising to all of us, because how can a political party trust a person who has cheated the people of his constituency, when it is revealed that after Pradeep Panigahri cheated the people of his constituency, by asking him to give him a job, after a case was registered against him in various police stations for anti-public activities. He was expelled from the Biju Janata Party by the party’s president Hon’ble Chief Minister Mr. Naveen Patnaik. 

In the name of giving him a job in Tata, Pradeep Panigrahi cheated lakhs of rupees from the people of his constituency, took money by ensnaring job-seeking youth and led a luxurious life. He conspired to extort money from people by presenting his son-in-law as the MD of Tata Motors. In fact, even when Tata Motors issued a notice to the police against fraud, he refused to accept it. Even so, it was known from his bank statement that he had taken two and a half crore rupees from Mada and Bali mafia. Also, during covid, when people were in trouble, they traveled in chartered flights and stayed in hotel rooms spending more than one and a half lakh rupees a day. At the time of Corona, when the state government was trying to bring back the working villagers from outside the state, especially in Surat, he was against it. They were plotting and creating pressure not to bring them back to Ganjam. In every word he insisted on living by himself. At that time, the leaders of the district BJP and the state BJP protested against these anti-people activities and staged a protest on the Road demanding that Pradeep Panigahri be arrested for stealing people’s money. Gopalpur BJP leader Bibhuti Bhushan Jena, who was agitating against Pradeep Panigarahi for all these activities, how come today he is so inclined to give him hope, that is, BJP leaders only talk about policy ideals in speech, never actually implement them. According to the state BJP leader, the policy is applicable only to the leaders of other parties. The state BJP is forced to field a corrupt, fraud-linked anti-public figure and a demented leader who is plotting to leave his own people in the face of death.
